Procedurally Generated Color Frames

I've made a program to generate Color Frame Transitions, it helps to create abstract looking images and patterns that can be used in other circumstances.
It works by saturating sets of color frames on random spots using Perlin Withe Noise and interlacing them together to create bizzare and abstract patterns.
